Here is a place where you will enjoy a piece of authentic Corsica that is timeless and can be found outside of the tourist season and away from the main drag.
A place where you will feel welcome, whether it is for a good night’s sleep, a drink or a meal. Generous and unpretentious.
It’s a bar, a tobacco shop, a restaurant, a terrace, and has a few rooms.
But above all, it’s a place of personal warmth.
Organic vegetables and fruits, regional cold meats AOP, organic veal and beef, cheeses and wines are produced in a radius of 10km. This is a guarantee for homely cuisine and dishes with really authentical tastes, like the homemade veal stew (blanquette de veau) or the osso buco with citrus fruits, just to name two of these.
Chef Sergio’s Italian roots are shown in a good choice of à la carte pasta dishes, and especially those with clams or the very famous carbonara are much appreciated.
We also offer a fine variety of home-baked goods and pastries, which are simple but absolutely delicious.
Depending on the season, you can enjoy your meal in the lounge near to the fireplace or outside, in the secret garden.
