Chez Marie en Corse is above all a story about a family.
Everything began with Marie Orsini’s idea: she grew up in Linguizzetta and in 1967 opened her family traditional Inn along the National Road 198, nestled between the expanses of the sea of the Costa Serena, the vineyards and the mountains.
The story continues with Pascal Orsini’s decision to take over the family-run boarding house. He invested all his experience and passion in hospitality management to renovate and reinvent it, being able – at the same time – to preserve its original homely spirit.
Very early on, Pascal discovered the unique environment of this family boarding house and dreamed of making it his own some day. He wanted to gain important experience in the field of hospitality management and made a first stop at the Grand Hotel of Cap Ferrat, then moving onto the Marriott Rive Gauche in Paris. At the R’Yves and Pin Up Kitchen he reinforced his desire and ability to create a world of his own. The opportunity came when his great aunt entrusted him with taking over Chez Marie.
Following him in this venture is Sergio, passionate about great food and service, he brings his experience acquired at the Gstaad Palace in Switzerland, before joining Gordon Ramsey and Richard Corrigan’s team in London, and then Michel Rostang’s Ze Kitchen Gallerie in Paris.
They both wish to give new life to Chez Marie en Corse by offering top-quality service and making every guest feel welcome.
